Prada has released their AW18 campaign, centered around a ‘neon dream’ concept. The campaign is made up of a short film set in the dark glamour of Las Vegas, where Marylin Monroe impersonators march through neon palm trees before model, Amanda Murphy, enters the cinema to watch an enchanting burlesque show. The film ends in a diner, where actor Sarah Paulson waits on the model her in rollerblades.
Regarding the film, Paulson explained, “Wearing Prada has always been an easy way to connect to myself… all parts of me. So to have been asked to be part of this inventive and evocative film, which embraces the multidimensionality of womanhood, was truly thrilling.”
